Basic File Guidelines

To make sure your print looks its best and moves quickly through production, we recommend:

Accepted File Types
JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, AI, SVG, BMP, TIFF, PSD
(If you’re using Canva, please export as “PDF-Print”)

Resolution
300 DPI is best for crisp, clean results.

Custom Shapes
For custom die cuts, we might adjust extremely detailed edges or sharp corners to ensure quality. Reach out if you have questions about your file.

Advanced File Prep

Vector Preferred
We prefer vector files, but we’ll also accept high-quality raster images.

Color Format
We accept both CMYK and RGB, but all files will be converted to CMYK for printing. This may slightly change how colors appear compared to your screen.

Fonts & Images
Please outline any text and embed linked images before submitting.

Caution Zone
Leave at least 0.125″ between your design and the trim edge to avoid losing any important elements during cutting.

Bleed Area
Extend backgrounds or edge designs at least 0.125″ past the trim to avoid white edges.

High-Quality Printing

We print all custom orders using a professional four-color digital process, giving you full creative freedom with colors and design. Files sent in RGB will be converted to CMYK, which may lead to slight color variation.

Templates

We offer built-in templates for all product types, including wraps, stickers, decals, and more. You can also choose custom sizes and adjust the white margin as needed for your layout.

Proofs

Our online preview tool generates instant proofs. Once you approve and check out, production begins right away.

If you email us your artwork, we’ll send you a digital proof to confirm. We never print without your full approval.
